These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winingplus ("winingplus," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at winingplus.net and all associated services.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform in any way.

winingplus operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and winingplus.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the winingplus platform.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credits awarded by winingplus that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" means Philippine mobile wallet services used as payment methods on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and any winnings generated from real-money wagers, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment tools, customer support, and other features offered through winingplus.net.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game or event on the Platform.

To open an account and use the winingplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of winingplus or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by winingplus for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using your own funds for all deposits and wagers.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on winingplus. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering for a winingplus account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify winingplus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.

winingplus reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide justification, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, winingplus is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — accepted documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or PRC ID.
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name) where required.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests will not be processed. Deposits and gameplay are permitted prior to KYC completion. winingplus may request additional documentation at any stage to satisfy ongoing compliance obligations.

6.1 Currency. All transactions on winingplus are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. winingplus does not accept cryptocurrency or international payment methods at this time.

6.2 Deposits. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your account balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 15 minutes during business hours. The minimum deposit is ₱100. winingplus does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply.

6.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Verified accounts (completed KYC) receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. winingplus processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. winingplus requires that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed. Deposits that have not been wagered at all may be subject to a processing review. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must meet applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

6.5 Fraudulent Transactions. winingplus reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, winingplus may retain affected funds pending investigation and may report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities.

winingplus offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms stated in each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a fully registered account. Bonus eligibility criteria, deposit minimums, and qualifying game types are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover). Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of credit, typically 30 days. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live table games, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• winingplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-variance game mechanics, or coordinating with other Players to generate artificial wagering — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

winingplus hosts games supplied by third-party providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering.

All games on winingplus use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories recognised by PAGCOR. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the same regulatory oversight.

winingplus publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot games and the theoretical house edge for live dealer games. These figures represent long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

winingplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Online gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. winingplus is not a financial tool and should never be used as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all winingplus account holders and can be activated from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion (Cooling-Off): Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and balances forfeited. For further information, visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winingplus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent the Platform's security or fairness measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings beyond what would be produced under normal game operation.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back or payment reversal fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing winingplus staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the winingplus platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and compilations thereof — is the proprietary property of winingplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of winingplus.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winingplus shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside winingplus's direct control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

winingplus's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

winingplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By creating a winingplus account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities where required by law.

winingplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — and withhold associated balances pending investigation — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms or any associated policy.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated without valid justification.
• Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirements necessitate account restriction.

Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting winingplus support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your winingplus account, any game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of our Services, you should follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the winingplus customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers or screenshots. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 4 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 7 business days, you may request escalation to the winingplus Compliance Team by emailing the same address with "FORMAL COMPLAINT" in the subject line.
• Step 3 — PAGCOR: If the dispute remains unresolved after the above steps have been completed, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels. winingplus will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. winingplus's decisions on game outcomes supported by certified RNG logs and server records are final in the absence of demonstrable system error.

winingplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the winingplus Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at winingplus.net/terms-conditions and displays the effective date at the top of the document.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the winingplus Platform. This choice of jurisdiction does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
