Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to affected Players, winingplus will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03. Affected individuals will be notified as soon as practicable in a manner prescribed by the NPC.

winingplus will respond to all valid data subject requests within 15 business days of receipt. We may request proof of identity before processing your request. Where a request cannot be fulfilled in full (e.g., due to conflicting legal retention obligations), we will explain the reason in writing.
NPC Complaints: If you are not satisfied with how winingplus handles your data subject request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines through the NPC's official channels.
winingplus is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. The Platform does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from any person under the age of 21.
If winingplus discovers, through KYC verification or any other means, that personal data has been submitted by or relates to a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the account, delete the personal data as permitted by law, and notify relevant regulatory authorities if required. Some of the third-party service providers used by winingplus — including certain game content providers and cloud infrastructure operators — may process or store data outside of the Philippines. In all such cases, winingplus ensures that equivalent levels of data protection are maintained through one or more of the following safeguards:

winingplus reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Platform functionality. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
